Milestone Importance:
I started to work as a journalist in 2000. After promotion to the Editor in chief position I was working on general development strategy of existing and new projects, including new media. My duties included recruiting new employees, onboarding, maintaining financial statements, media planning, working on technical support and project security, communication with partners, sponsors and customers, writing and editing.
Under my leadership, three projects created from scratch were implemented. The staff was increased by 30%. The agency’s income grew by 15% and the agency’s projects were in the Top-10 in the segment in CII and UUs.

Milestone Importance:
I was developing a new direction in a state-owned company. My duties included developing a plan and a strategy of the project, developing marketing activities, recruiting full-time and freelance employees, financial reporting, coordinating of the field work in three different regions of southern Ukraine.
Under my leadership, the project was successfully implemented and used for PR and promotion of the company. I also suggested and implemented using of the project for customer’s feedback, as well as to develop the green energy locations and raise investments.

Milestone Importance:
I was invited to the new basketball club to work on development and implementation of communication strategy. My duties included developing a communication strategy to attract the spectators, implementation of PR, marketing and merchandising strategy, communication with partners and sponsors, fundraising, communication with basketball officials from all over the world to solve the contractual questions.
Under my leadership, the communication and marketing strategy of the club was implemented, club’s audience was raised by 150%, sponsors contracts covered 45% of club’s budget, over 35 professional contracts was discussed and signed.

Milestone Importance:
I was working on the development and implementation of a PR, marketing and communications strategy for a company operating in the humanitarian, medical and insurance sectors. My duties included developing a project for the implementation of insurance assistance from scratch, communication with partners and customers through all possible channels, automation and developing scripts to improve the quality of customer services.
Under my leadership, the communications and marketing strategy of the company was fully modernized, an insurance assistance project was developed, and more than 10 partner-companies were involved in its implementation, efficient and safe work with reviews and appeals was ensured, which led to an increase in positive feedback by customers by 67.5%.
