My Projects
I’ve always approached my projects with the utmost responsibility, attention, and empathy. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a local company operating in a niche market or a global brand. As a leader who takes responsibility for the results and, most importantly, for the people, I’m obligated to share the project’s ambitions and give 100%, setting a role model for my team and colleagues.
Discord
I was invited to the international company Discord through BPO to lead the Russian-speaking support team and reorganize the processes related to the company's operations in the Russian-speaking market segment. My team was staffed with professionals and consistently showed excellent results, as did the international team that I was entrusted with to improve results.
Setanta Sports
The international media holding Setanta Sports allowed me to combine my management experience with my experience in sports media, where I worked early in my career. This was a large-scale project in which I was able to establish effective collaboration between cross-functional content and localization teams and worked with the world's most renowned sports brands, including the Premier League and Formula 1.
Global Voyager Assistance
From zero to hero. This project required a complete overhaul and rebuilding of the team and operating system from scratch. The tasks were completed in the shortest possible time, after which the company began moving toward development and implementing additional projects.
Assistance Rating
One of Global Voyager Assistance's additional projects is a service that aggregates information about companies offering medical assistance services. It was developed and implemented from scratch.
Calcio Italia
One of my favorite side projects, which I was fortunate to be involved with as a big fan of Italian football, was this one. Initiated by the Italian Partnership Foundation, I helped assemble a team of writers and designers, negotiated with website developers, and also assisted with SEO.
Dynamo Odessa
I was appointed to the new sport club to build the public relationship with fans and sponsors and to help with media promotion. My work resulted in sustainable relationships with audience, increase of ticket sales and sponsorship deals.
Papa Varelli
One of the most non-trivial project I ever experienced was a website of an artist and his character Papa Varelli. Especially for the site that was made from scracth in 2020. It's an example how to work with the single client - making the project of his dream.
